Symptoms

COVID-19 SYMPTOMS

It can take 2-14 days from contact of an infected person until you develop symptoms. If you experience any COVID-19 symptoms, you can be scheduled for a test and be tested for it.

These are steps if you have found out that you are infected with COVID-19:

STEPS TO WASH YOUR HANDS

It is important to wet your hands first and then apply the soap. It is recommended to wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. If water and soap is not available, you should try to use hand sanitizer with 60% alcohol content.

It is important to wash your hands throughly in order to get rid of your hands off the COVID-19 residue in your hands

Make sure to use a clean towel or napkins to dry off your hands. Air drier can also be used

Steps to wear masks

It is important to wash your hands with clean water before putting on a mask. 

Place the earlobe around your ears. The mask should cover your mouth and nose.

Make sure that you can easily breath through the mask.
